Designer Interior With Original Art & Historic Detail

A loft so special, it was featured on the Asheville Museum Loft and Art Tour.

Modern upgrades combine with architectural elements – expansive windows, wood floors, tin ceilings – to provide an eclectic and luxurious environment. Walls are filled with original paintings by Asheville artist (and owner of this loft), Eli Corbin.

You’ll love spending time in the light-filled mezzanine living area, where antique furnishings, aged leather armchairs and original wood floors add a vintage patina.

Lofted Living Space, Warmed By A Fireplace

Or wander upstairs and unwind in the open and inviting den, which features a gorgeous, custom copper surround fireplace.

The spacious kitchen is open to the living room, den and dining area, with a host of modern appliances and handy extras you wouldn’t expect from a vacation rental kitchen - including a stocked spice rack, salad spinner and rice cooker. The loft is surrounded by a multitude of wonderful restaurants, but if you choose to be your own chef, cooking will be a pleasure in this contemporary, well-equipped kitchen.

A Historic Retreat In An Urban Location

An elegant master bedroom features a 4-poster King bed, walk-in closet, TV and the added luxury of a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower.  A comfortable guest bedroom also comes with a private bathroom along with a plush Queen bed.

With spacious split-level living areas, a modern kitchen, 2 elegantly appointed bedrooms and beautiful and luxurious furnishings, this renovated loft offers all the comforts you could want from a vacation rental.

A historic experience in a fabulous location…right in the vibrant heart of downtown Asheville.
