We don’t use miles, we use minutes to measure WALKING distance to everything downtown has to offer…less than a minute to Pritchard Park for drumming or people watching, a minute or two to any downtown restaurant, shop or gallery.

These two lofts comprise the second floor of the historic Army & Navy building. They share a private, restricted hallway and both have elevator and stairway access.
